Six months ago, Callum walked through the doors of MVMNT Culture looking to make a change.

The biggest event in the MVMNT Culture calendar is back.
📅 Saturday 25th July
After the success of last year’s event, we’re going even bigger and better in 2026.

Strength and Sweat events, team competition, plenty of laughs and an atmosphere unlike anything else we do throughout the year.

HYBRID TUESDAY ⚡️

One of the best things about this class is how scalable it is.

Whether you’re training for Gauntlet or Hybrid Games
or just want to improve your fitness in a different environment… this session works for everyone.

Expect:
• Functional fitness
• Running
• Strength under fatigue

You don’t need to be an athlete to do Hybrid Tuesday. You just need to be willing to give it a go.
Every workout is designed so all abilities can train together while still being challenged at their own level.

Lucy’s story is exactly why we do what we do.

NEW BLOCK STARTING 6TH APRIL

We roll straight into the next block from the 6th.
The theme stays the same, building on what we’ve just done, but with new movements to keep things progressing and avoid plateaus.

Main lifts will now shift more towards strength focus:
Lower reps
Heavier loads
More intent
This is where we look to push numbers and see real progress.

It also lines up perfectly with the start of our Summer Shred.
So whether your goal is:
Get stronger
Build muscle
Lean up for summer
This block is set up to deliver.

Same structure. New challenge.

As the year comes to an end, I just want to say a genuine thank you to everyone who’s been part of MVMNT Culture this year.

To those who showed up early, trained tired, stayed consistent, supported others and kept the room full of good energy, this place is what it is because of you.

2025 has been full of small wins, big moments, laughs between sets and a lot of growth, not just physically, but as a community.

Whether you trained once a week or every day, competed, ran, lifted, or just found your confidence again, thank you for trusting us and being part of it.
We don’t take that lightly.

Here’s to everything we built this year
And everything that’s still to come.
