So tonight’s workout was the straw that broke the camels back…my sciatica has been giving me jip for weeks now but me being me I just trained through it but tonight I couldn’t finish the workout cause the pain was too much! Gona have a few days rest in the hope I recover sooner rather than later! I’m really enjoying my training at moment and don’t want hinder any progress!

Didn’t happen if ya didn’t post it right??? Been a bit quiet on here the last week…I’m still here doing my thing…I trained my ass off last week in a bit to shake the Beer fear anxiety from last weekends antics and it worked! Disgusting HIIT with this morning….looked ok but once you start it wasn’t so ok… mint workout though!

I don’t know who I think I am…wear longs all summer and then come the autumn the shorts make an appearance…HIIT with this morning, easily coulda stayed in bed today but what use would that of been! Off to do the food shop and then prep for the week ahead as I’m back doing PT this week and it’s looking busy!

And that’s a wrap for this week…I’ve loved being back doing PT…I’ve trained 5 days, the kids are alive and my house isn’t in a complete state! I’m having the weekend as rest days, I have this awful cold and chest… I’ve trained through it but it’s been a struggle and before I make myself worse I’m gona listen to my body and chill! have a good weekend kids!

And I’m at it again…. Eating a burger, carbs and cheese all while being ‘good’…. Shove ya shakes, fat burners, greens drinks and all the other sh*te that claims to aid fat loss up ya ass… eat real food man, get them carbs, fats and protein in ya…. Keep an eye on the kcals and boom watch the magic happen! It’s that simple….burn more kcals per day than what you eat! honestly it works!
