A difficult morning for The Spartans, but a morning where we again showed our fighting spirit with a much-improved second half showing. There were plenty of signs today that we are not too far away and there are plenty of reasons to be positive as we move onto next week.

This Sunday sees the Spartans travel away to Southam United for our 2nd gameweek fixture in the CWYFL.

We will be looking to bounce back after last week's narrow defeat to Cov Jag and be looking to build on a positive second half performance in that game.

Tomorrow morning sees the kick-off of our first season of competitive football, as we host Coventry Jaguar Youth Rangers.

We welcome two new signings this season in Leo and Cameron, who have shown very early promise and we are looking forward to giving them their official debuts for the club.
