The scale hasn’t moved? That’s fine.

One of the biggest mistakes people make is expecting today’s effort to show up on tomorrow’s scales, but that’s not how progress works.

Results are built through consistency and time, not perfection.

If you’ve been showing up, training consistently, making better food choices and sticking to the process, don’t let a number on the scales convince you that nothing is happening.

Your body is constantly adapting. Water retention, recovery, hormones, stress, sleep, illness and food choices can all influence your weight from day to day.

That’s why the scales are just one piece of data - not the whole story.

Instead, ask yourself:

✨Am I stronger than I was a month ago?

✨Do I have more energy?

✨Am I building better habits?

✨Am I showing up consistently?

Because those things matter far more than a single number.

What’s been your biggest non-scale victory recently?

Sometimes the only real difference between where you are now and where you want to be is the decision to start.

Not more knowledge, not more time, just action.

Most people you see getting results didn’t wait until they felt ready, they just began and figured it out along the way.

And the truth is, time is going to pass anyway.

So the question is simple: are you going to still be in the same place in a year, or further forward than you are now?

I’ve got a new course launching soon to help you build consistency and sustainability with your health and fitness journey. Comment COURSE and I’ll send you the details first.

Fat loss and a social life can coexist ☀️🍔

You don’t need to avoid every BBQ, meal out, or summer get-together to make progress.

The people who get the best long-term results aren’t the ones who never enjoy themselves - they’re the ones who find a way to enjoy life while staying consistent overall.

Food is part of making memories, celebrating, and spending time with people you care about. That shouldn’t stop just because you have a health and fitness goal.

Enjoy the BBQ, be mindful, and trust that progress is built over weeks and months, not one afternoon in the garden!

Save this for your next summer BBQ & send it to someone to get that BBQ arrange for this weekend🌭

You all seemed to like this last time - so it's back!

I get too many messages and wins to share but it's about time I did share them because they're all inspiring!

The last slide makes me happy 🥰 our community is so much more than just fitness.

Made a spelling error though which is upsetting but I only noticed when posting so I wasn't going back to edit 😂

When I first started my journey, I thought the goal was to lose weight.

What I didn’t realise was that the biggest changes would have nothing to do with the number on the scales.

The confidence, the freedom, the opportunities, the trust in myself, the life I’ve built because I finally decided to make a change - these are the things that have impacted my lift the most.

Losing 100lb gave me so much more than a different body - it gave me a different life that I could have only dreamt of 15 years ago!

What’s something you’re grateful for? Fitness-related or not, let me know in the comments 👇

Genuinely IN SHOCK that I did this today 🤯

This year I've really tried hard to follow the plan we set at and my efforts are paying off which is very rewarding!

A 5km run at 27:09 is something I used to DREAM about. I once found 32 / 33 mins very challenging and didn't ever think I'd get sub 30. But when you're consistent, the work adds up.

If you swipe you'll see my 5km run at 6:50 pace almost a year to the day compared to today's 5km run at 5:26 pace 🥹🥹

Proud and grateful to my body for allowing me to do this and also SO appreciative of the community at who support in these PBs. Particularly .hourigans & who were the best pacers and supporters today!

Reminder to runners: stay in YOUR lane, you might be faster than me and that's cool. You might be slower than me and again that's fine. Running is such a personal journey, focus on your efforts, your wins, your achievements and your results.

Lee celebrates his 60th birthday this year and is feeling super strong and fit!

When we first met, one of Lee’s biggest challenges was finding the motivation to consistently get to the gym.

Fast forward to today, and not only has he achieved an incredible physical transformation, but he’s feeling fitter, stronger, and more motivated than he was 20 years ago.

What I love most about this story is that it isn’t about finding the perfect programme, it’s about having the right support, accountability, and coaching around you.

One thing that was really important was making training work around Lee. Dodgy knees and shoulders didn’t mean missing out or feeling left behind. It simply meant adapting exercises when needed and having a coach there to make sure he could keep progressing safely and confidently.

Seeing members build confidence in themselves, enjoy training again, and achieve things they didn’t think were possible never gets old 🙌
