I hate to break it to you.. but that’s why you’re not getting the results you want!
Let’s say, you stay on track Monday-Friday eat within your calories, complete your steps, manage your daily movement & rest days👏🏻Then oh ‘here comes yet another weekend’. And it all goes to pot.. you say or think ‘a few extra won’t help, ohh give me that drink it’s the weekend. I’ll restart Monday😌

Stop RESTARTING and keep the consistency. Yesss you’re allowed to treat yourself but take into account the outcome, allow yourself more calories for it by being prepared and planning ahead.
