Are you someone that starts again EVERY.SINGLE.WEEK?

I hate to break it to you.. but that’s why you’re not getting the results you want!

Let’s say, you stay on track Monday-Friday eat within your calories, complete your steps, manage your daily movement & rest days👏🏻Then oh ‘here comes yet another weekend’. And it all goes to pot.. you say or think ‘a few extra won’t help, ohh give me that drink it’s the weekend. I’ll restart Monday😌

Sound familiar..?⬆️ break the habit..

Stop RESTARTING and keep the consistency. Yesss you’re allowed to treat yourself but take into account the outcome, allow yourself more calories for it by being prepared and planning ahead.

I often hear ‘I’m too busy, I worked late, the kids needed me’ … but HONESTLY, if recorded yourself for a day, how much time do you spend sat scrolling doing pointless stuff?

Be Honest. If you really do think about it, I bet you have at least 20 mins you could fit a workout in.

Am I right? Yes😌

Don’t get me wrong, I can tell you sometimes you do just need to sit during that nap time and rest.

But I can PROMISE you moving your body will make you feel so much better than if you just sit.

- Lovely sunny runs & feeling proud😌
- Yoghurt bowls of course🍓
-Turned 29🫣 Breakfast dates with the bestie💕
-SUNSHINE & Selfies 🌞
- Birthday cake🍰
- Taught some sick small group training sessions🏋️
- A bit of ‘me time’ doing what I love🤍
