Warwickshire Community FC is growing, and we’re looking for positive, reliable and child-centred football coaches to join our team.
This is a paid part-time opportunity offering:
✅ Six contracted paid hours per week
✅ £12.72 per hour plus holiday pay
✅ Tuesday and Thursday evening training
✅ Sunday matchday football
✅ Support from our Head of Football
✅ Access to our curriculum and session-planning resources
✅ Opportunities to develop your coaching experience
We’re building an inclusive community club where every child is welcomed and given meaningful opportunities to train, develop and play. We don’t hold trials or focus only on the most advanced players—we want coaches who enjoy helping every young person progress.
We would love to hear from experienced coaches and people at an earlier stage of their coaching journey. Existing FA qualifications are welcomed, and we are prepared to support the right individuals through the required development and checks.
Applicants must be aged 18 or over. All appointments are subject to WCFC’s safer-recruitment process, including identity, references, right-to-work, qualification, safeguarding and FA DBS checks.
