If you want an easy life, you’ve got to make hard decisions… 👇
If you avoid making hard decisions, you’ll give yourself a hard life.
The challenges you face right now probably won’t get easier.
You simply have to improve and get better at overcoming them.
You either choose the path of most resistance now and embrace the growth that comes with it…
Or you choose the path of least resistance and settle for the life you have right now.
If you want a hard life, make easy choices like:
• Watching another episode on Netflix before bed and allow that to eat into your rest and recovery time
• Snoozing your alarm every morning and getting your day off to a rushed start
• Not exercising & eating sh%t under the excuse of being too busy!
If you want an easy life, make the slightly harder [but far more rewarding] choices:
• Dedicating 3-4 hours over the entire week to exercise
• Swapping a mind-numbing Netflix series for a self-development podcast and pairing it with some steps
• Spending 30 minutes on a Sunday planning and prepping food for the week ahead
• Not saying ‘yes’ to every social and drinking occasion
• Waking up on time each day, no excuses
