Tae Kwon Do (TAGB) The Tiger Program is a detailed curriculum that focuses on improving children’s basic motor skills.

These skills will help them enter society with a more confident and enthusiastic outlook. They will become better students at school, better listeners at home and more ambitious towards the future. Our program will enhance positive development in a fun and motivating way. September always feels like a fresh start!

The summer holidays are coming to an end, routines are kicking back in and it’s the perfect time to get back to training, refocus and set yourself some new goals. 🥋

You don’t need to be fit, flexible, strong or experienced. You just need to turn up and have a go. Our beginners start exactly where everyone else once did.

You don’t need to change everything overnight. Small improvements, repeated consistently, are what make great martial artists.

So whether you’re returning to training or trying it for the very first time…

Well done to all who took part 💯 it’s not easy for our children and adults to get up and perform their skills in front of our grading examiner and the spectators.
