Amazing transformation in such a short space of time nearly 9kg lost 🤯

⚖️ The scales ⚖️

When’s the best time to weigh yourself ?

So you’ve been following your diet for a short while, weigh to go 👀😂

But now it’s time to start tracking your progress?

By either…

⚖️ Weighing yourself

Or

📱 Progress photos

The most beneficial/ accurate time to do this is first thing in the morning on an empty stomach.

For the most reliable results try and take photos/ weigh yourself in the same place, same time and same day of the week/month.

This way it’s easier to keep accountable of everything you’re doing and make adjustments where necessary ⚒

Let’s talk fat loss/ muscle gain.

Thought the best way to explain this is show you my fitness Journey…

On the far left (out of shape, pretty chunky)

Bottom right (deep in the fat loss phase)

Top right (muscle building stage)

The main reason a lot of people don’t stick to diets regardless of what you’re doing is because the results don’t appear as fast as you would like.

And I completely understand, I’ve been there too..

But these sort of results don’t happen without consistency and hard work.

Let’s take FAT loss/ loosing weight, I get asked a lot “what’s the fastest way to loose body fat and not look skinny”

Well to start with no matter what diet you’re on or what you eat you have to be in a CALORIE DEFICIT..

What’s this you ask?

A calorie deficit is when your body burns more calories than you consume. You have to be in the phase to loose any sort of weight. PERIOD.

Along side this I personally recommend weightlifting/ strength training/ functional cardio to keep the muscle you have and in some cases build more.

The body transformation game has changed, you no long have to eat boring plain meals or do generic workouts.

The tools to successfully changing your body are….

⚒ Do workouts that you enjoy.

⚒ Don’t stick to boring foods.

⚒ Be patient.

⚒ Be consistent day in day out.

⚒ Have fun with it.

It’s a marathon not a sprint, if you’re not enjoying the process chances are you won’t get to where you want to be.

Chances are we’ve all done or tried something and failed miserably at it.

It can leave you feeling loss of confidence, lack of motivation and with a negative mindset.

But what most people don’t realise is that failure isn’t a negative, it’s actually a positive.

Here me out…

Whether you’re in the gym, attempting a new diet or anything in life that poses as a challenge you will at some point meet the wall of failure.

This doesn’t mean give up, walk away or quit.

It means you’ve reached your first real challenge/ limit at that moment in time.

It’s actually a sign your working your ass off.

Take a step back and a deep breath…

And go again, having your perfect body won’t come over night. It takes determination, consistency and hard work.

Don’t give up at the first hurdle, embrace it, use it as fuel and carry on.

Struggling to create the right habits to stick to the “new year, new you” plans?

If so then this will help you..

Having the right routine with consistency is key to reaching any fitness goal.

Changing your habits is never easy but baby steps everyday will get you to your goal faster than you think 💭

My Top Tips…

💥 Go to bed and wake up at the same time everyday.

💥 Start your morning right by doing 30 mins of exercise, walking, running or yoga.

💥 DON’T skip breakfast. (Most important meal of the day)

💥Take time over the weekend to prep your main meals for the week, reduces temptation of eating bad because your food is ready and waiting for you.

💥 Enjoy your training, try new things and find out what works for you.

💥 Don’t think too far ahead, take each day as it comes.

Do these few things and your be flying💪🏻

Just wanted to give a big thank you for everyone’s support since opening WPT just a couple of months ago.

I’m still overwhelmed by everyone’s support❤️

It’s already been amazing and I can’t wait to be back training my current and new clients.
