Our new Bootcamp is up and running with spaces still available, run by myself and Georgebutlerpt

All sessions take place in our 5000 sq.ft facility at Hamble Point Marina, Southampton.

All that is required is 3 hours training time a week out of a possible 168!

The course runs continuously with 6 weekly Body Composition Assessments to track your progress.

Each session is made with mix of Strength & Conditioning Exercises and are suitable for anyone, regardless of age, strength or training level!

Well here at Pinnacle Performance myself and HAC Coaching are running team training sessions 3 times a week to help you kickstart your next fitness journey.

These sessions are on Tuesday & Thursday evening 19:00-20:00 and Saturday morning 09:00-10:00.

All new team Training

Starting 17th Aug with out a limited 12 spaces available with our up and coming coaches Harry and George.

All sessions will take place in our 5000 sq.ft facility at Hamble Point Marina, Southampton.

All we require is that each person is able to attend and dedicate just 3 hours a week (out of a possible 168 hours!) each month.

You can join at any point during the month, however spaces will fill fast. Sessions will be Tuesday and Thursday at 7pm with the last on Saturdays at 9am.

The course will continually run with 6-12 week InBody body composition assessment to track your progress.

A big welcome to my Personal Training & Coaching Page🙌🏼

Since I will be qualifying from my degree in Applied Sports Science over the coming months I have started the transition into full time Personal Training at Pinnacle Performance

I have been at Pinnacle since 2016/17 and have learned so much from the world class coaches here

Whilst I have already learnt a lot in my time at Pinnacle I am still very eager to continue learning, in order to expand my coaching ability and overall knowledge in the industry
