Well where do I start with today's group PT? Records beaten left right and centre, improvements on a massive scale by everyone and last but not least he's finally done it, he's been trying for months and months and he's finally won it! Octobers champion is Guy!! Overcome illness after illness and not to mention he's in his 50's he's shown us young whippersnappers how it's done!! Tuesday tip - It takes half the time to lose the gains you've worked so hard for, so don't let that day off become a weekend off or a week off because it takes another week to get back to where you started and before you know it your back to square one 2 weeks later.
