Lifestyle Cut diaries!!🥳
7 weeks in now…
3 to gooo!!
I’m not going to lie the first 2 weeks were a bit rocky, I wasn’t properly tracking my food, however I was still conscious, it’s not been a strict cut, it’s just been a slow and steady lifestyle cut🫶
I’m doing this cut to get down to my best performing physique, SO THAT I don’t feel slow, I don’t feel puffy, I don’t feel sluggish… and I also WANT to feel the most confidence in myself💫
However so far I’ve lose body fat off my⬇️
-2kg in bodyweight
-1.5cm in arms💪
-2cm chest🍒
-4cm waist⏳
-1cm glutes🍑
-2cm quads🦵
I’m happy with the rate it’s going, I didn’t want the cut to be drastically fast or dramatic, I just wanted it to be liveable and maintainable☺️
Let’s get these last 3 weeks out the way and see where we’re at!!👀
