Are you ready to improve your golf performance? Golf performance is not always limited by mobility.
Sometimes the real question is whether the body can organise and control the movement it already has.
One of the fascinating conversations on the range with Craig last month centred around exactly that.
Some people can rotate further.
Swing further.
Move further.
But bigger movement does not always create better movement.
I often see the body searching for movement from the wrong place and then compensating elsewhere.
Can the feet transfer ground force through the body.
Can the pelvis move independently on the thighs?
Can the body transfer load efficiently?
Can movement sequence smoothly through the chain?
Whether it’s golf, Pilates or everyday life, the body works best when mobility, stability and control work together.
For me, movement has never been about doing more.
It’s about understanding where movement comes from…
and teaching the body to use it well.
