We’re a boutique wellness studio in the heart of Warrington town centre, offering Reformer Pilates, Mat Pilates, Barre, Yoga, Pregnancy Pilates and Bring Your Baby Pilates.

Our small class sizes mean you’ll receive personalised guidance from our experienced, certified instructors in a welcoming, supportive environment.

Whether you’re looking for gentle recovery and stretch classes or fun, upbeat power and sculpt sessions, there’s something for everyone.
