Hey I'm Holly. I'm a coach and business owner now based in the village at Gym Near Me Stockton Heath

I’ve been coaching for 5 years now and I'm so proud and grateful to have been a part of so many incredible transformations with Tidd Training

I love being able to help so many people transform not only their physique, but also their mindset, habits and ultimately, their life!

From placing 2nd in the country for Fell Running, to competing in the Hyrox World Champs, my personal experience with fitness is driven by passion and a thirst for always wanting to do better. BE better.

To be a part of this team is to BE better.

It's understanding why you've previously tried and failed at every diet you've been sold on the internet 🧃

It's gaining the confidence to come to the gym alone and to feel empowered 👸🏼

16 weeks of work and we smashed it ✅

You're training 5 times a week but you're not seeing the changes you expected

You're stuck in a rut and just going through the motions with your sessions

Showing up, getting it done, going home

There's no intent
There's no purpose
There's no intensity
There's no progress

Letting someone else take the reins could be what you need to break the cycle

Someone to programme your training to maximise efficiency

Someone to push you to do better every week

Someone to hold you accountable to the goals you set yourself

No but really...
I think weight training and nutrition often takes a back seat by runners in the pursuit of more miles ⏱️

Those miles will be no good if you’re plagued with injuries and low energy 🪫

Make sure you have solid foundations in place to fuel performance optimally and to prevent injuries to become a strong runner girly 🏃🏼‍♀️✨

Glutes can often be poorly programmed if there's a lack of understanding around the anatomy & function of the muscle group

The glutes are made up of 3 main muscles:
MAXIMUS - largest & most visible in terms of shape. Responsible for hip extension.

MEDIUS - articulations include abduction & internal rotation. Important in the stabilisation of the hip.

MINIMUS - smallest, innermost glute muscle.

In order to achieve full glute development it's important to understand these divisions & how they perform in both the shortened & lengthened position

Skinny teas, meal replacement shakes, weight loss coffee and now INJECTIONS 💉

There’s loads of products out there that claim to help you lose weight
But there’s no quick-fix or fad diet that will solve the long-term issue.

Sure, you might drop a couple of lbs initially (usually water weight anyway) but when this can’t be maintained and the weight piles back on, you’re just left with a sense of failure, frustration, and a f*cked up metabolism 🔂
