We’re all set and ready to welcome you back to our club tomorrow. We wanted to give you a little update on what to expect on your return.
We constantly evaluate our covid procedures to keep you all safe.

Members must use the booking app. Our club has plenty of space, the booking app is not because we are too busy. It is simply a way to keep a secure log of everyone in the club at specific times.

Evans house is using a one way system. Please follow the signs to get to us. Please maintain socially distancing and wear a mask while moving around Evans house. (masks are not required while exercising)

There will be no group exercise classes before the 17th of May at the earliest. This is inline with the strict guidelines from the government.

When entering and leaving our club please use the hand sanitiser at reception and in the gym.

Although our club and equipment is fogged daily with disinfectant, we ask all members wipe down the machines before and after use with the cleaning products provided.

Our equipment is all socially distanced. Please make sure you respect each other and keep to social distancing rules.

The showers and sauna will remain closed till the 17th of May at the earliest in-line with government guidelines.

If you have any symptoms of Covid 19 or have been in contact with someone who has tested positive in the last 14 days, you must not enter the club.

We can still do our one 2 one sessions, so please message us to get these booked in :)

Finally, thank you for supporting us this last year. We really cannot wait to get back to normality ☺️

A la derecha, una fotografía de Alyssa Carson, la astronauta de 19 años que se convirtió en la persona más joven en la historia en superar todas las pruebas aeroespaciales de la NASA y quien ahora se prepara para ser el primer ser humano en viajar a Marte.
No es difícil deducir cuál de las dos es más popular y admirada a nivel mundial, sin embargo, esta situación nos demuestra el valor desmedido que la sociedad le otorga a los estereotipos exagerados de belleza. Mientras muchas mujeres luchan cada día por pertenecer a puestos y oficios históricamente dominados por hombres, la sociedad continúa premiando lo superficial; lo estético; lo que vende. La mujer no es un ser destinado a ser estéticamente perfecto.
Dejemos de crear ídolos de plástico, que venden sus productos a costas de los complejos ajenos. La vida es muy corta como para andar mendigando la aceptación de personas engañadas por la multimillonaria industria de los cosméticos.
