Pilates Classes in Penketh / Great Sankey

Pilates Classes in Penketh / Great Sankey New pilates class starting at The Oaks Centre, Stocks Lane, Penketh. Commencing Thursday 8th September, and then weekly for an hour between 7 and 8pm.

Would you like a leaner, more toned body? Pilates will strengthen your core stability, re-align your body to improve posture and improve any existing back problems. Classes will be weekly from Thursday 8th September, between 7 and 8pm. Classes are priced at just £5 per week, with dicounts given for block bookings at £18 for 4 weeks, or £25 for 6 weeks. Places are limited so please book in advance to avoid dissapointment.

In Penketh Pilates tonight, we celebrated a very special birthday. Our lovely Carolyn was 80 and we treated her to a gorgeous bouquet of flowers and a gift card from M&S. 🥰

Carolyn is living proof that Pilates is for everyone, no matter what your age. I only hope I’m still around at 80 doing Pilates! 👌

And our wonderful Pilates family were ace putting in to Carolyn’s collection. ❤️

Food and accommodation is included in the price and in between classes there will be local walks organised, or free time to rest, read, sleep - whatever you need to boost your wellbeing. ❤️
