We are currently looking for people who would like to start a journey into Martial Arts Training. If you want to get fit, faster, then Martial Arts is an excellent route to fitness PLUS it has other additional benefits such as CONFIDENCE - most people realise a noticeable shift in their confidence once they start training and as skills are learnt; SELF DISCIPLINE - goes hand in hand with the confidence; RESPECT - this comes with the territory of learning a traditional martial art and is inherent throughout; and PERSISTENCE or the desire to never give in, no matter how many times you fall over - you just need to get back up one more time.
