Parkinson’s may change lives — but it doesn’t define them.

More and more Parkinson’s survivors are discovering the incredible impact of boxing-based training. Beyond fitness, boxing helps improve balance, coordination, strength, reaction time, and confidence. It challenges both the body and the brain, encouraging movement, focus, and resilience.

What makes boxing so effective is that it’s more than exercise — it’s empowerment. It builds community. It reminds people living with Parkinson’s that they are still strong, capable, and in control.

Research continues to show that regular, purposeful movement can slow symptoms and improve quality of life. For many, boxing has become a powerful tool in fighting back — not against Parkinson’s, but for independence, dignity, and hope.

Parkinson’s is a tough journey, but here at RSB we are proof that with the right support, movement, and mindset, life can still be full of strength and possibility.
