The Wolf-Gym’s Junior Kickboxing classes are held on Monday, Wednesday and Friday at 4.30pm and also on Sunday at 2.30pm.

These are for children attending Primary School, ages 6-11. For older Children, attending High-School, ages 11-16, we have separate Teenager sessions.

The Kickboxing classes are structured specifically to build confidence and improve fitness, while practising the Self-Defence skills using Kicks, Punches, Knees and Elbows.

Children are welcome to train just once weekly or more, and may change their session days to suit their needs, as young families often require flexibility.

If you would like to enrol your child, the first session is £FREE!
