Our CrossFit group classes focus on key elements including movement, mobility, strength & training and we offer personal training, weightlifting and gymnastics standalone classes too. Founded in 2016 and owned by Phillip Leonard, we pride ourselves in being inclusive, welcoming and fun no matter your fitness level. We are offering a FREE trial class to get you started and see what CrossFit is all about.

You will learn a few of the fundamental exercises before experiencing a CrossFit workout. Afterwards you’ll meet with a Coach to discuss your goals, expectations and talk next steps.
