6 years ago today I bit the bullet and decided to have a go at doing classes on Zoom during the 1st lockdown (having decided against it at first because I had convinced myself I wasn’t techy enough). This was my first set up - a 2l water bottle, elastic bands and a selfie stick I found in my daughter’s drawer 😂
I’m still on Zoom on Monday evenings 6 - 7.15 pm. Recording available for those who can’t join us live. Let me know if you would like more details 🧘🏻‍♀️🧘🏻
