We are not a gym where you feel on display.
There are no cameras, no filming, and no outside eyes just a calm, welcoming environment where women can focus on training, learning, and growing in confidence.
Our ladies only personal training sessions are built around real life experiences. Whether you’re starting from scratch, rebuilding confidence, or finally prioritising yourself, you’ll be met with understanding and support.
Our personal training sessions are one of our favourite parts.
Each session you’ll be given your own personalised workout and tracking logbook.
You’ll be in a private fully equipped gym with other ladies (up to 10).
They’re energising, encouraging, and designed to help you feel strong without feeling overwhelmed. You’ll be guided every step of the way, with options that suit your body and your pace.
We offer Unlimited Personal Training for those who want full support and flexibility, alongside an Off Peak option that suit a more structured routine.
Please note this is not an open floor gym. It’s personal training but at a fraction of the cost and MORE sessions per week than the standard 1 session per week norm for most personal trainers.
