ry Tuesday and Thursday evening. Training costs £46 per calendar month (plus annual insurance). The sport is suitable for virtually anyone aged 6 years or older. The classes are small and friendly (the hall can only cope with about 20 students) and is unusual in that it is fully matted for maximum safety.
