It’s that time of year that 8 weeks ‘Photoshoot’ challenges sell like hot cakes…
The promises of shedding, toning and a professional photo at the end.
Oiled up to the max, professional lighting and camera.
Sure probably a cool experience for some if that’s what you’re after.
And no denying I can be good when done properly.
But it’s the damaging effects that I’ve personally seen take toll on clients that have come from else where.

Our job isn’t to break your back doing a deadlift.
We don’t do PB weeks at StrongHER.
For us, making you lift as heavy as you possibly can for one rep isn’t worth the risk.
Sure it’s good to see yourself get stronger.
But we can do that over time in a much safer rep range and weight load.
Afterall the goal here is longevity in life and training - not to pull your back out doing something stupid.
