Dragon sports academy SanShou and kickboxing

Dragon sports academy SanShou and kickboxing SanShou/kickboxing classes for adults and children male or female fun friendly and alot of energy classes to suit all levels.

Sanshou is china's full contact fighting system it was developed and used by the military before becoming a sport that is fought on a lei tai this is basically a boxing ring without ropes were your opponents can be thrown off by using takedowns or can be kicked or punched off with devastating impact and then have to return to the platform to continue fighting it is also fought in rings with ropes

sanshou fighters fight alot of muay thai fighters in asia circuits and sanshou is also used in mma with great success as shanshou has everything apart from bjj floor work because in sanshou we teach our fighters to catch kicks something no other martial arts focus on alot which puts us at an advantage when it comes to takedowns from the catch and alot of other takedowns similar to wrestleing and judo are used to immobilise your opponent we are the only style that teaches the transition from standup fighting to standing grappling to takedowns and slams legpress takedowns to sweeps while moveing into these move with ease while still maintaining a strong stand up game mixed of boxing kickboxing muay thai but while still sticking to it own chinese routes and style

And also nice to have one of my old taining parners and good friend shaun down for some training tonight
