π COMMUNITY LEAGUE CUP FINAL CHAMPIONS π
Last Thursday, we played our final match as Internazionale AFC Juniors, taking on Manchester Polonia FC in the Community League Cup Final.
The game was held at The Cliff, Manchester Unitedβs historic Academy Training Centre a venue where many talented young players began their journey towards professional football. It was a fantastic opportunity for both teams to experience such a special setting and create memories that will last a lifetime.
We started the game brightly, creating several good chances early on but were unable to find the breakthrough. Manchester Polonia took advantage of one of their opportunities and opened the scoring.
Our response was immediate. Niko produced a moment of pure quality, smashing a sensational free-kick from around 30 yards into the top corner to level the score. An incredible goal that lifted the entire team and gave us even more belief.
From that moment on, we took control of the match. Adam G and GabryΕ, who scored twice before the break, helped us establish a strong lead going into half-time.
The second half continued in the same fashion. Gabriel completed his hat-trick, followed by a superb long-range strike from Dawid. Late goals from Eryk W and Rohan completed an excellent team performance. Manchester Polonia managed to score once more but it was not enough to stop our team from securing a deserved victory.

This victory was the perfect way to end both our season and our journey as Internazionale AFC Juniors.
Following the final, we held our annual Presentation Day, giving us one last opportunity to celebrate together as a club and recognise the hard work, commitment and achievements of our players throughout the season.

Congratulations to all of our award winners and to every player who represented the club this season. Every single player has played a part in making this a memorable year.
The celebrations continued into the evening as players, parents and coaches enjoyed one final gathering together. We lit the fire pit, cooked food outdoors and spent time sharing stories, laughs and memories from another fantastic season. It was the perfect way to bring our journey to a close surrounded by the people who made the club so special.
Over the years, we have shared countless memories, celebrations, challenges, successes and lessons together. Like every club, we experienced highs and lows but we are incredibly proud of everything our players, coaches and families achieved during this journey.
Unfortunately, due to a number of circumstances, we have made the difficult decision that we can no longer continue operating as a club.
We would like to thank every player who wore our badge with pride, every parent who supported us week after week and everyone who played a part in our story.
We wish all of our players and families every success and happiness at their new clubs and in their future football journeys.
Thank you for the memories, the support and the unforgettable moments.
This is not goodbye.
