I am beyond excited to celebrate 9 incredible years of Foxy Yoga & Pilates Studio! 🧘🏼‍♀️🦊💫

(the first class was on a Monday 28th August - 2017 - yes we opened on a Bank Holiday!) 🫶🏻

It has been a truly transformative journey witnessing the power of movement through our Yoga, Pilates, and fitness challenge classes 💪🏼

Together, we have built a community centered on strength, flexibility, and holistic wellbeing.

I want to say a massive thank you to every single person who attends my classes and supports the studio - you are the heartbeat of Foxy Yoga and the reason this special space is possible 🫶🏻

Just over a week ago we enjoyed a tranquil afternoon at the ‘Let Go’ stress relieving workshop! 🫶🏻🧘🏼‍♀️💫

It feels like a lifetime ago after spending the past week coaching in Romania at the World Karate Championships! 🥋🏴󠁧󠁢󠁥󠁮󠁧󠁿 🌍 🇷🇴

I’m now back and looking forward to getting back to classes tomorrow! 🧘🏼‍♀️💪🏼

A nourishing two-hour yoga workshop designed to help you release physical tension, quiet a busy mind, and let go of the stress that no longer serves you ✨

Through gentle yoga, mindful movement, and restorative relaxation, you’ll learn practical techniques to help ease both physical and emotional stress - giving you tools you can return to whenever life feels overwhelming.

Leave feeling lighter, calmer, and ready to move forward with greater ease.

Your experience also includes a specially blended essential oil pulse roller and a healing crystal to support your wellbeing long after the workshop has ended. ✨

We’ll finish together with a moment of calm, enjoying a carefully selected herbal tea or indulgent hot chocolate, along with refreshing infused ice water to leave you feeling deeply restored and hydrated.
