IMPORTANT NOTICE
All of the doors to the gym are locked and the code has been changed. Even if you have paid a membership you will have to contact me to get the new code. This is due to a large number of members not paying and sharing the door code with others who also are not paying. This message is for everyone there are now NO FREE memberships as those who don’t pay are wearing out equipment with no way of paying for it to be repaired or replaced.
Sorry for those who continue to pay and use the equipment with respect.
Finally anyone found passing the code to others will be banned for life

Gym reopen today. Please ensure you follow the social distancing and leaning protocols that were previously in place.

It is with great regret that the gym will close tonight until December the 2nd in line with government guidelines. Should anything change I will post both on here and my personal page. Memberships will be carried forward to reopening.

Gym set to reopen to excising members from 1st August at midday. The following must be observed in order to keep everyone safe.
You must not use the gym if you feel in anyway unwell, including but not exclusively a high temperature, cough, loss of taste and or smell in the last 14 days!
Everyone must both sign in manually and tag themselves in via Facebook upon entry to the gym!
No work clothes, only clean sportswear including clean trainers to be worn in the gym area!
2 meters distance between members must be kept where possible. If spotting both the spotter and worker must wear a face mask!
After every use of a machine, bench or weight it must be cleaned by the user using the antiviral spray / wipes provided!
It is advisable not to use the toilet, but if members do again it must be sprayed and wiped with the anti viral spray and wipes provided by the person using it and hands washed using soap and hot water!
Before starting members will need to fill in a new membership form with upto date information and accept the rules above!
By signing in you are accepting these rules and any failure to comply will have your membership revoked without any return of fees with immediate effect!
