🚨 URGENT: Let’s Save Our Sports Club! 🚨

​Culcheth Sports Club (The Daten) has been the beating heart of our local sporting community since the 1940s—bringing people together through tennis, dance, football, and fitness for generations.

​Right now, the building is facing serious disrepair and desperately needs an urgent roof replacement. Without immediate help, this vital community hub, the studios, and the sporting activities so many of us rely on are at serious risk of being lost.

​Our friends at Northern Starr Dance School have launched a fundraiser to help save the building, but this takes a community effort.
​How you can help:

New School Term, New Sport!
🎾🎒 Starting 1st Week of September!

​Set your kids up for an active autumn with our Junior Tennis Programme at Culcheth Tennis Club!

​At John Carrigan Tennis and Pickleball Academy, our sessions are all about high energy, non-stop rallies, and learning the game by actually playing—no standing in lines waiting for a turn.

​🗓️ Starts: 1st week of September

👦👧 Ages: 4–16 (All abilities welcome)

🎾 Gear: Rackets & equipment provided

​Spaces are strictly capped to ensure plenty of individual coaching and maximum court time.

🚀 The Culcheth Pickleball community just keeps on growing! 🚀

A massive shoutout to everyone who has stepped onto the courts with us recently. From our brand-new players completing their introductory courses to our regulars leveling up their game every single week—the energy, courtside laughs, and community spirit have been absolutely incredible! 🏓✨

Pickleball is officially the fastest-growing sport around, and we are so proud to have built such a welcoming, fun, and inclusive club right here at Culcheth.
