Had an absolute blast at class this morning — you brought the energy, the tunes were 🔥 and the sweat was VERY real! 😂

Now August is almost done, it’s officially time to start getting ready for SPOOKY SEASON… 🎃👻🖤

Last night’s class: heavy on the sweat, heavy on the vibes, zero evidence of dignity. 😂🔥

We came to dance like nobody was watching… and apparently forgot that cameras exist. 👀💃

A proper sweaty one, some BIG moves, questionable faces, and enough energy to power the National Grid. ⚡️

Honestly? We absolutely rocked it. 🪩🔥

The sweat was real. The vibes were immaculate. The energy was OFF THE CHARTS. 📈🔥

Me: 😳

Because apparently I forgot that I choreographed that song about a year ago and people actually liked it enough to REQUEST IT AGAIN. 😂😂

The imposter syndrome really does not prepare you for the moment you realise your own random, made-up-on-the-spot choreography has somehow become a favourite.

Past me: just wing it

Present me: WAIT… THAT WAS ACTUALLY GOOD?! 💀🔥

One very special little girl.
A whole lot of dancing.
And probably a LOT of sore legs today. 😂💃

Yesterday I had the absolute pleasure of dancing at a charity event supporting Maeve and raising money for the Brain Tumour Charity. ❤️

The atmosphere was incredible and watching everyone come together to support such an important cause was honestly pretty emotional.

And then hearing they’d smashed £2,000+?! 😭🙌

What an incredible achievement.

So grateful to have been invited to be part of it and to do the thing I love for something that matters so much. ❤️

Dance really does have a way of bringing people together. 🫶

Yesterday, we danced for Maeve. 💕✨

This week 🤍

A little this week’s stories — classes, practice, little moments, and lots of learning ✨

Feeling especially grateful for the people, the opportunities, and the space to keep showing up and doing what I love.

But this week has also felt a little different…
less about where I am, and more about where I’m going.

Learning. Growing. Refining. Practising.
Taking the little wins, the wobbles and everything in between — and letting it all be part of the process.

So grateful for this chapter, and even more excited for what’s next 🥹🤍

Today was a reminder of just how much there is to be grateful for. ✨

My class for showing up and making it such a good time.

The universe for leading me to where I am now.

And myself for keeping going, even when it’s hard — and for always choosing to get 1% better.

Today feels like a turning point.

A chance to close one chapter, step into the next and recommit to becoming the best version of myself.

And if I can help even one person in my classes do the same, then I’m exactly where I’m meant to be. 🤍

New energy. New beginnings. Same commitment: 1% better every day.

Yes… I know. It’s mostly me in this video. 😂

The best bits of the night are always all of you, but so many of you would rather sing your hearts out than have a camera pointed at you—and I love that.

So this one’s a little nod to what you created tonight.

The magic was never in the playlist.

It was in the people.

The OGs who’ve been with us for months.
The new faces who walked through the door for the very first time.
The old friends.
The friendships still being made.
The laughs that caught everyone off guard.
The moments when a room full of different people somehow just… clicked.

Some of you shout loud.
Some of you shout quietly.
Some of you dance like no one’s watching.
Some of you just soak it all in.

Every single way of showing up belongs here.

Thank you for bringing your whole selves tonight. That’s the atmosphere people feel when they walk through the door.
