Today I taught my final class at PureGym Runcorn… and wow — what a journey it’s been 😢💃

Looking back at our first classes in 2023 compared to today feels really emotional. What started as a Zumba class quickly became something so much more — a community, a support system, a safe space to laugh, let go, and just be ourselves.

To every single person who walked through those doors — thank you. Thank you for trusting the process, for sticking with it, for showing up on the good days and the hard days. Your commitment, your energy, and your courage to be unapologetically YOU has inspired me more than you probably realise. So many of you danced through tough seasons of life and still brought your light into that room — and that’s something I will never forget.

Being your instructor has never just been about steps and routines. You’ve taught me resilience, connection, and the true power of movement and joy shared together. I’m beyond grateful for every laugh, every sweaty selfie, every “one more track!” and every moment we’ve shared on that floor.

I couldn’t be prouder to pass the Zumba Runcorn torch to my Zumba baby Shann — she’s going to take such good care of you all, and I know you’ll give her the same love and support you gave me.

This isn’t goodbye — it’s see you soon.
Keep showing up. Keep shining. And never stop dancing ❤️

✨ ZUMBA TIMETABLE UPDATE ✨

Hi everyone,
I have a few important updates to share with you all, so please take a moment to read through 💛

🕺 Runcorn – This Sunday
I won’t be teaching this Sunday, but the lovely Ornella will be covering the class. She’s fantastic, so you’re guaranteed a great session — please go along and give her a warm welcome!

❌ Widnes Class
Unfortunately, the Widnes Zumba class has been cancelled with immediate effect. I want to sincerely thank everyone who has supported this class — it really has meant a lot to me.

💔 Runcorn – Important Update
Runcorn will have its final class with me on Sunday 8th. I know this may come as a surprise, and it hasn’t been an easy decision, but I’m so grateful for the energy, support, and amazing vibes you’ve all brought to my classes there over the years 💛
The class will continue with Shann, who already teaches there on Tuesday evenings, so you’ll be in very safe (and very fun!) hands.

🌟 New Class – Prescot
I’m excited to announce that I’ll be starting a new Sunday morning Zumba class in Prescot from Sunday 15th at 10:00am 🥳
I’d love to see some familiar faces there — come and join me!

I’m still smiling after such a special visit 💛
After our Halloween Zumbathon raised money for a number of wonderful charities, Dogs Trust very kindly invited me and my family for a guided tour of their Merseyside centre.

A huge thank you to Kate and Claire, who showed us around, introduced us to some truly gorgeous dogs, and explained all the incredible work that happens behind the scenes every single day. We got to see the kitchens where all the food and medications are carefully organised, and we were also shown the stone marking Nora’s ashes — a really touching reminder of the legacy she left after donating millions to Dogs Trust so her own dogs would always be cared for.

The absolute highlight of the day was getting a big snuggle with a beautiful puppy called Mulan 🥹🐶

It’s an amazing site, run by passionate, dedicated people who clearly care so deeply about the animals they support. We’ve already started talking about doing more fundraising together, so definitely watch this space 💛

Thank you again, Dogs Trust — what an honour to see your work up close

For the next three Sundays, our PureGym Runcorn Zumba class will be temporarily moving to PureGym Widnes while the Runcorn club gets a little makeover 🛠️

📍 New Location: PureGym Widnes
🕥 New Time: 10:30–11:30 a.m. (instead of 9–10)
🗓️ Starting this Sunday!

✅ Runcorn members: You’ve got full access to Widnes during the renovation, so you won’t miss out!
💃 Widnes members: You’re invited too — come join the fun and see what the Runcorn crew is all about!

It’s the same Zumba energy, the same tunes, and the same weekend vibes — just a slightly later start and a temporary new dancefloor 💥
