The time I reached rock bottom, I nearly gave up.

I blamed everyone else. I blamed it on the fact I didn't have a clinic, I blamed it on the fact the industry was too saturated. I blamed everything else instead of looking at myself.

I took a step back.

The last chance I gave myself was ME.
invested into a business coach, l invested into courses to extend my skills and knowledge.

Did I have the money to do that? No. But I did it anyway.
