I've just started exercising again after having an emergency c-section 7 weeks ago. I've started off doing a low intensity HIIT programme and lots of walking!

Absolutely thrilled to meet Louise Ainscough on Sunday to present her with her well earned Tour of Warrington medals!

Happy Monday all! What are your walking and running plans for this week?

I've walked to Stockton Heath and back today, the furthest distance I've done since my little man arrived 6 weeks ago. Looking forward to getting back into running later on in the year!

I created Geo Races and the Tour of Warrington in 2021 and then my focus shifted to creating this awesome little man who is now 1 month old already!

I've decided it's time to start promoting the Tour of Warrington again so watch this space for updates!

Happy weekend everyone! I will be doing the draw for the latest competition soon but just wanted to pop on and sat a massive good luck to everyone taking part in the Manchester Marathon (and any other races going on) tomorrow!
