We have a No Gi Beginners fundimentals class every wednesday at 7:30pm - 8:30pm

This class is full of learning submissions, escapes and sequence drills all taught with a step by step guidance.

Sorry for being distant lately, as you know the BJJ community has been hit hard with being one of the first to shut and then last to re open after covid. We are expecting to have our classes up and running again soon, aswell as more classes on the time table too which will be awesome to get staright back into. Keep your eyes pealed and we will let you know as soon as we do but its looking likely to be september🤞

Due to the current situation with Coronavirus in the UK, we will be places BJJ classes on hold for the foreseeable future.
We will review this decision over the next couple of weeks and see how things unfold.

Classes will return, so do not worry! However, it is now a time for us all to take responsibility and try prevent the spread of this virus. Health must come first.

Getting those reps in for the triangle choke 🤯.

Every did great in understanding the set up and mechanics to this particular choke.

They then had the opportunity to try it on one another in a "Live Roll" situational scenario.

To be able to drill a choke is one thing, but to perform it in a live roll is another. You all did great! 👍

It's great to see individuals walk into their first ever BJJ class only recently and pick up techniques so quickly.🤼
