Only got 20 minutes? Make them count. 🔥💪

You don’t need an hour in the gym to get your heart rate up and challenge your whole body.

Try this simple 20-minute HIIT workout:

⏱️ 40 seconds work
😮💨 20 seconds rest
🔁 Complete 3 rounds

1️⃣ Jumping Jacks
Get the heart rate up and get your whole body moving.

2️⃣ High Knees
Push the pace and keep those knees driving.

3️⃣ Mountain Climbers
A full-body move that challenges your core and cardio fitness.

4️⃣ Squat Jumps
Work those legs and add some explosive movement.

5️⃣ Burpees
Go at your own pace modify them if needed!

💡 Remember: You don’t need to go all-out from the first rep. Work at an intensity that challenges you while keeping your technique under control.

20 minutes. 3 rounds. No excuses. 👊

Save this workout for the next time you’re short on time and give it a go!

Weights or bodyweight training? 💪🔥

When it comes to building strength and getting fitter, which side are you on?

🏋️ Team Weights — give me the dumbbells, barbells and heavy lifting!

🤸 Team Bodyweight — give me push-ups, squats, planks and anything I can do anywhere!

The truth is, both can be fantastic ways to build strength and improve your fitness. The best option is the one you enjoy, can do consistently, and can progress over time.

So we want to know…

👇 Which one do you prefer weights or bodyweight? And why?

Thinking about making a change? Start before you feel ready. 💪

Maybe you’ve been feeling sluggish. Your clothes don’t fit quite like they used to. You know you want to get healthier, but you’re not sure where to start.

The good news? You don’t need extreme diets or endless hours of cardio to make real progress.

A better approach is to focus on the basics:

🏋️ Consistent strength training
🥗 Sensible, balanced nutrition
📅 Sustainable habits you can actually maintain

Over time, those small changes can add up to a huge difference.

More energy. More confidence. A stronger body. And, most importantly, a healthier lifestyle that you can maintain long term.

You don’t have to transform your life overnight.

Just take the first step, stay consistent, and let the results follow. 🔥

Are “cheat meals” actually helping your progress… or holding you back? 🤔🍕

The problem isn’t enjoying your favourite foods.

It’s the “cheat” mindset.

When you spend all week restricting foods you enjoy, it can be easy to reach the weekend and overeat, followed by guilt and the feeling that you’ve “ruined” your progress.

Instead, try taking a more balanced approach. 👇

🍫 Enjoy the foods you love
🥗 Build most of your meals around nutritious foods
⚖️ Focus on balance rather than restriction
🧠 Stop labelling foods as “good” or “bad”

You don’t need a perfect diet to make progress.

You need an approach that you can actually stick to long-term without feeling guilty for enjoying a meal out, a takeaway, or your favourite treat.

Forget “cheat meals.” Think balance, consistency, and enjoying your food. ❤️

That’s how you build a healthier relationship with food that lasts.

Struggling to stay motivated when the weather gets colder? 🍂🥶

When it’s dark, cold, and miserable outside, getting yourself to train can feel like a challenge.

But you don’t have to let the weather derail your progress.

Here are 5 ways to stay on track this autumn:

1️⃣ Get the right gear
Invest in warm, comfortable workout clothes that make getting outside a little easier.

2️⃣ Mix things up
Try a new class, workout, or different area of the gym. Keeping things fresh can help bring your motivation back.

3️⃣ Set a new goal 🎯
Give yourself something exciting to work towards. Having a target makes it easier to stay focused.

4️⃣ Plan your workouts 📅
Schedule your sessions in advance and treat them like an appointment you can’t miss.

5️⃣ Remember how you feel afterwards 💪
You might not always feel like working out beforehand, but you almost always feel better once it’s done.

Cold weather is temporary. Your progress is worth protecting. 🔥

Keep showing up, keep moving, and don’t let autumn become an excuse to stop.

Feeling your energy dip as the nights get darker? 🍂🌙

As autumn settles in, it’s easy to feel a little more tired, less motivated, and tempted to spend more time on the sofa.

But a few simple habits can make a big difference.

🥗 Fuel your body well with nutritious, balanced meals.
😴 Prioritise your sleep and give your body time to recover.
🏃 Keep moving, even when motivation is low.

Exercise isn’t just about getting fitter. It can also be a great way to boost your mood, increase your energy, and help you feel more like yourself.

You don’t need to do everything perfectly.

Just keep moving, keep showing up, and look after yourself this autumn. 💪🍁

Your future self will thank you for it.
