🚴♂️ Why do we use the Air Bike at Men’s Hub?
Not because it’s trendy.
Not because it’s torture.
Because when used correctly, it’s one of the best tools available for improving fitness and cardiovascular health. ❤️
Now, we don’t use it every day.
In fact, we use it strategically.
Most commonly during our Cardio & Core sessions, where the goal isn’t to build muscle… it’s to improve fitness, strengthen the heart and lungs, and build a body that’s capable both inside and out. 💪
Benefits include:
