⭐ Ride The Waves Of Life ⭐
In order to see progress towards our goals, we need to be consistent in our efforts.
We often view this as a specific set of rules or boundaries, an all or nothing kind of approach.
This works fine as long as other aspects of our lives allow for it.
Once we hit a bad night's sleep, a tough day at work, screaming toddlers, illness, periods, birthdays, holidays, bereavements, stress...the ups and downs of life...those rigid ideals we've set around our nutrition become really hard to sustain and can leave us feeling like we've failed.
We can be consistent in our efforts whilst allowing for flexibility in our approach.
Riding the waves of life rather than trying to swim against them will keep you moving forward without the difficulties and exhaustion of fighting them.
