Timetable announcement 📣

As of next week there will be some enforced changes to the time table. Cam is moving her spin night from Wednesday to Thursday so will now be doing a Thursday night Spin 45 at 5.45pm.
Nick will taking up the Wednesday night classes and alternating between Climb45 and Spin45. The Wednesday classes will now be at 5.30pm and 6.30pm for the Westbury Wheelers. These times maybe subject to slight change week on week so please keep an eye on social media and the Team Up calendar when booking on. We apologise in advance for any diary issues these changes cause and will as always welcome feedback 🙌🏼

* if you have never tried spinning before
* you just haven’t been for a while and feel nervous about getting back in the saddle
* you’re looking for a recovery ride or a more chilled workout

You will have an extended time to learn how to set the bike up and make sure you are in the most comfortable riding position. There will also be plenty of time for getting to know your way around the free Keiser MSeries App. All followed by a workout tailored for you.
