Another Tuesday and it is clear we won’t be having actual Yoga sessions for a while. I am going to look into setting up sessions on Zoom. I have moved some furniture around and think i have made enough space to use a camera! Will let you know when my first session is. 🧘‍♀️

In line with all major sporting events Yoga will be cancelled from today. We were having April off so lets hope we are able to return in May. Stay healthy everyone. 🙏🙏🙏

Yoga tonight 8.00pm to 9.15pm.
We will be stretching and strengthening our arms and legs.
Lot of deep relaxation too. See you then 🧘‍♀️

As more winds are forecast for tomorrow, I have decided it would be sensible to cancel the Yoga class for tomorrow evening, 11th Feb. 🙏

Wishing you all a happy, healthy and stress free 2020. Yoga will be returning next Tuesday, 14th January. So finish off those chocs, start stretching your body and I will see you next week. We often do a meditation to a lake, which is based on my trip to the beautiful Lake Como, so below is one of my many photos of the lake. So calming. 🧘‍♀️
