Cracking display from our U15s today as they began their U15 Surrey League campaign against Battersea Ironsides in a fiercely fought contest.

Wars came out the better 46-29, but Ironsides kept us on our toes throughout - a huge thanks to them for bringing the 🔥

A great start, with the team hoping to continue the run with a game against Old Ruts next weekend.

Great to see hard work paying off with a bonus point win against Woking RFC today 🔥

Grateful for every minute we get to spend on the pitch together, humbled by the challenges that have shaped us along the way, and proud of the way this group continues to push and show up for each other 💪🏻

An electric on-field display earned our 1XV a bonus point win against this afternoon.

In front of appreciative support (many of whom club volunteers honored during the pre-match lunch for their help during our summer events), the 1s produced a relentless performance.

Massive respect to for not giving up and keeping up the contest - we look forward to seeing them all again in the return fixture later in the season.

🏉 DOUBLE TROUBLE AT HOME THIS SATURDAY!

Two Warlingham sides. Two home games. One big afternoon of rugby.

Our 1XV welcome Woking in league action, while there’s been a late change for the 2XV. Unfortunately Effingham & Leatherhead are unable to field a side and have conceded the league fixture, giving the Wars the walkover win.

But there’ll still be plenty of rugby to enjoy, with Dorking 3XV kindly stepping in at short notice to give our Twos a proper test of mettle.

📍 Warlingham Rugby Club, CR6 9RB
⏰ Both games kick off at 3pm

Get down to Hamsey Green, get behind the boys and make it a big home Saturday.

Up the Wars! 💙

A few of our U15s have been put forward for the Harlequins player development pathway this season, an excellent opportunity for them to hone their skills and train with the best in the county, under expert coaching from Quins.

One player has already been picked to progress onto the programme with several others offered a recall in October to get a second shot at being accepted.

Good luck Mitchell, Max, George, Alfie, Seb, Alby and Adam (pictured with Head Coach Scott Toomey) all the with your trials - go smash it! 👊

20 moments from our 1xv’s win at Old Glynonians.

Great to come away with the points, but Old Glyn pushed us to the very end - a fantastic battle all the way. A good bunch of lads, we look forward to hosting them for the return fixture later in the season.

Unreal performances from both teams out today. After an arm wrestle of a first half, the 1XV found their rhythm and got the points on the board.

For our 2’s, a mere four points was the difference with the visitors taking the win in a very close match.

Some sore bodies after all that, but chests bursting with pride. We go again next week 💪
