👶🏼PRE AND POST NATAL YOGA👶🏼
I done prenatal yoga 🧘🏼‍♀️🤰🏼with the whole way through her pregnancy....she was amazing to teach....I think we kept each other sane through the lockdown.....we laughed ALOT 🤣......we gossiped a lot haha and we even cried 💜 this was the first day back since little baby Kizzy was born and it was perfectly lovely ☺️ and honestly who even looks like that after having a baby 😍🔥•

For me I’m not just a yoga teacher and your not just “students” (I hate this word) it’s so much more 🌍and to think i can help in some of the most important special times In peoples life’s really is so wonderful 🪄•

✨🖤💫Love starting the weekend with this powerful class 💪🏼 but don’t be put off by the title, it’s suitable for different levels (not complete beginners), focusing on building the core and learning how to engage it, focus on strengthening your practice all round. I dont suggest going straight in for these Asanas but If headstands, crow, wheel pose etc are what you are personally working towards this class would be ideal. I’m sad we can’t be in person but it’s soon coming 💕 so for now zoom will continue to be life 🤣 Start the new year as you mean to go on 💪🏼. Tomorrow’s full body class is suitable for all levels and only £5 and I promise you will feel amazing afterwards. Tuesdays and Thursdays classes are suitable for all levels and Saturdays is a bit more full power 😝. Can’t wait to see you all.....holla at me if you want to get involved. Let’s get this show on the road and make the best out of a bad situation 😘###
