Great to see so many of our HermesKids pupils at Bracknell Forests Cross Country competition today! All of the children tried so hard & supported each other. Made me rather emotional! There will be NO Session tomorrow (18th), a great opportunity to rest! We’ll be back running on 25th NOVEMBER xx

⭐️WOW! ⭐️ Great session today! We introduced the children to Fartlek training! Ok ok, I can’t help but snigger too but it actually means interval training, changing tempo of pace. Kids all enjoyed running in the rain, of course I did too!
