I’m currently on my maternity leave, leaning into stillness and soaking up the newborn bubble once again 🥰

Sometimes beautiful life gets in the way… 💖

I’m currently taking some time off teaching to enjoy my maternity leave, but classes continue!
I have some brilliant cover teachers keeping my classes running whilst I am away, with a few spaces available in some classes.

Inspired by this week’s mat classes with the mini ball, but adapted for my pregnancy 🤰⚪️
Designed for glute activation to help with pregnancy posture, yummy stretches to make space for baby and ease pregnancy related discomfort, and some deep core, breath and pelvic floor connection to assist with birth prep and relaxation.
Suitable for all stages of pregnancy, and still beneficial if not! 💪

*check with your Dr or midwife if unsure whether these movements are suitable for you!
