On Saturday morning 11th May 2024 coaching sessions will be starting at Swineham Lake, Wareham.
08.15am - Beginners Session, if you are brand new to open water swimming or haven’t been brave enough to dip your toe in yet, this is the perfect session for you as we introduce you to a new, exhilarating experience and the skills to really enjoy it.
09.00am - Intermediate Session, enhancing open water skills and developing stamina. Whether you are training for an event or just enjoy keeping fit in the open water, we have programmes for all.
10.30am - A great session for the young swimmers. Aged 8-17 years. You must be able to swim 100 meters without stopping and be able to tread water.
We offer sessions to youngsters who have never swam in open water before to experienced competitive swimmers.
