We offer classes in Brazilian Jiu Jitsu and Judo. We have been based in and around Harlow for over 3 years.

All classes are taught by a qualified, Insured and DBS checked instructor with first aid, Safe Guarding and Insurance Harlow BJJ offers classes in Brazilian JiuJitsu, Judo and Sambo. All classes are taken by fully insured, qualified and CRB checked instructors. We aim to support what ever your goals are be it keeping for, learning self-defense or becoming a world champion, we are here to help. Cla

sses take place every Wednesday in Little Hadham which is approx a 10-15 minute drive from Harlow. Your first class is FREE and there are various payment options to suit every budget!!

A structured 8 week beginner Brazilian Jiu Jitsu course starting on Monday 25th of September 2023 for both Adults and Children!

Come and learn the most effective combat system that's been proven to be the most effective Self Defence System over other Martial Arts through years of no holds barred competition. Children under 13 will first be introduced to training in Judo and then BJJ as they progress.

BJJ is taught to Police, Prison Officers, Security Officers and actually works!!!

Aimed at complete beginners you do not have to have a background or any experience in combat sports to try it.
