It’s a fact that our brain loves variety but our movement and muscles like consistency if we are to get stronger or fitter. This is why programmes always beat random training when it comes to getting a result. Strength is a skill and needs to be practiced- doing a lot of random stuff means random results but also your training may just be making you tired rather than fitter or stronger.
So ask yourself this question “Is your training random?”, “is it unstructured?” And “what are you getting better at?”. If you can’t answer that then maybe dropping us a DM can help you get a bit of clarity on how to move forward.
