A simple reel showing the strength component of our Friday session this month highlighting the simplicity around building strength with a programme as opposed to random unstructured training.

It’s a fact that our brain loves variety but our movement and muscles like consistency if we are to get stronger or fitter. This is why programmes always beat random training when it comes to getting a result. Strength is a skill and needs to be practiced- doing a lot of random stuff means random results but also your training may just be making you tired rather than fitter or stronger.

So ask yourself this question “Is your training random?”, “is it unstructured?” And “what are you getting better at?”. If you can’t answer that then maybe dropping us a DM can help you get a bit of clarity on how to move forward.

Now your timeline is being blasted by gyms, trainers, diets etc. here’s one more thing to process….

What actually works? Is it another approach to training or exercise? Is it another diet? Is it a new supplement?

Most of these things lead down a similar path that I’m guessing you’ve been down before…. Sooooo tomorrow we have the start of our healthy habits blueprint. For some of our trainees it’ll be a bit of an audit of where you are. For others and new members it may be that bit of insight to help you get started and maintain your start.

Either way over the next 30 days every goal and target we set on this plan is proven to leave you healthier, happier, fitter and healthier- that’s not opinion, it’s fact- each of these habits are proven game changers when it comes to making profound positive change. Don’t have to nail them all? Probably not…. But, if you change a few things then undoubtedly you will be in a better place in just 30 days from now. Questions? DM them to us here!

Some highlights of the year as well as some of the day to day where the good work gets done to move us not necessarily from A to B but definitely further away from A!

Big thanks to all our members, all those who have trained with us this year and to all our supporters.

Big respect to the coaching team and some great work done this year and from a personal standpoint I am really proud of their growth as a team and professionally how we are constantly improving as a team.

Happy Christmas to all our followers and if we don’t see you in the gap we will see you in 2026!
