In a time when the going got tough - the truth revealed itself with regards to loyalty:

- Some folk stick by you
- Some people do not

And so, after 9 months of reflection - I’d like to express my gratitude to those ‘Morning Mums’ who continued to Train with me, continued to support my business throughout.

This is the end of a chapter, end of an era. And this represents sadness.

With a business loan now secured, I’m very happy and very excited to begin work on growing the number of MALLORCA FITNESS & RELAXATION Retreats.

The product has proven itself for a decade now…

And it’s time for me to pull my finger out so HEAPS MORE PEOPLE around the country can experience it!

We shall be offering Trips from various airports in the UK, starting 2022.

Alas, with the sadness of closing one chapter comes the happiness of seeing opportunity in the next.

Just like my 2016 dream was to lead a coach full of good folk to Wembley Stadium for ‘Survival Of the Fittest’…

[In fact I took 100 people and TWO coach loads…]

The 2022/2023 vision is to grow my already, hugely successful Mallorca Retreats so that I FILL A PLANE!

✅ The strategy is clear!
✅ The ‘product’ is proven!
✅ The possibilities of fun and adventure are endless!

To fulfill this dream, I need £15-16k to invest…

Of which, I already have 50% secured via a very respectable and credible individual who:

1. Knows me and my product / formula very well

2. Believes in the strategy to grow the numbers

£8,000 secured. £8,000 still needed... be that one person or two [£4k each]; over a 60 month term.

In return, I wish to offer favourable interest rates.

HOWEVER, more important to me - because I could quite easily borrow from a bank…

More important to me [and Lender No. 1] - is the opportunity it presents to share 5yrs of memories as we watch the business fulfill its potential.

It’s worth noting that Coach JW has owned bottom place on the Individual Standings from Day 1 too…

It turns out that 600 press ups for 1 Team point was worth its weight in gold after all…

Assistant Coach Meds was quite uninspiring to be quite frank…

Barely losing a frame throughout, she made it all look far too easy!

Secretly hidden within beautiful, orange balloons on apartment doors for when they left for breakfast.

“If you complete 150 press ups each, you will earn 1 bonus point for your Team!”

The Gents completed their challenge and now sit on 129 points.

💛 TEAM JUANITA
“If you complete 17 press ups each, you will earn 17 bonus points for your Team!”

The Ladies completed their challenge and now sit in joint first position on 129 points!

❤️ TEAM PEDRO
“If you complete 21 minutes each in the spa, you will earn 21 bonus points for your Team!”

Lloydy, Della, Jonny and Coach JW intend to complete their challenge as soon as it becomes too unbearably hot on their poolside sun beds…

Yet again, a perfect sunrise with the full squad:

Caffe con leche at Puerto Portals, checking out the rich and famous’ super yachts - estupendo!

We’re a part of it!

🧡🖤 THE FITNESS, DAY 3
Of all the trips, all the people…

Today delivered one of my favourite experiences to date, since our retreats began ten years ago:

Simply walking, talking and laughing as we climbed up and up…

And up a little more, through the residence of Costa d’en Blanes until reaching a hiking trail that would guide us on a 1,400ft ascent to the local ‘antenas’:

Offering breathtaking views from ‘la cima’ de Calvia, it felt like peace on Earth…

🧡🖤 SUPER YACHTS TO SUPER HEROES!
Tracey ‘Little Mac’ McGann - reigning TOTY Champion - showed her true fighting spirit, not conceding to the pain of an injured ankle…

‘Super-Vine’ Sue much the same mentality, overcoming downhill challenges with a niggling knee…

These two were never going to not make it back down the rugged terrain in one piece, despite facing physical difficulties for some 4.5 hours!

🧡🖤 THE REST OF THE CREW
As is so familiar now…

These memories only achieved when everybody works together when the going gets tough.

Meanwhile Raymondo ‘El Rey’ made the bold decision to NOT go hiking…

Our dancing legend instead stayed back at the hotel to nurse his knee in the spa’s ice-bath and nurse his overworked body with a tension-releasing Thai massage…

Of all the trips, all the people - this trip continues to be right up there with the very best!

And what better way to start the day than with Boxing on the beach just before sunrise. Perfek!

🧡🖤 THE BIKE RIDE TO PORT D’ANDRATX
- Sue Vine:
Super-Vine Continues to shine…

And she earns 2021’s ‘CYCLIST OF THE DAY’ after an epic ride through the Serra de Tramuntana!

- Tracey McGann & Sam Roberts:
Special mention for two sterling performances in the saddle. Well done Ladies. Really impressive.

- Mehmet Sucu:
His first real attempt at riding a bike. Incredible. Congratulations Bozzo. Congratulations.

A huge paella plus drinks on the waterfront proved to be just what the doctor ordered after an intense morning navigating the multiple hairpins en route!

“The perfect ‘first day’ ever!”

Of all the trips, all the people - this has been right up there with the very best of them; already such a memorable, inaugural mixed trip!

- Sue Vine: Not one, but TWO holes-in-one at Fantasia Golf!

- Sue Vine: Runner up Fantasia Golf after her initial “I’m not playing!” sulk!

- Sue Vine: Making sitting neck-deep in the spa’s ice bath look like an ordinary daily routine!

- Sue Vine: Safely into the quarter-finals of the 2021 Connect 4 Championship after making mince-meat of Bozzo and Smiler in the group stages!

MALLORCA RETREAT 2021…

Hombres! Señoritas!

Needless to say, I can NOT wait to host the impending Mallorca Fitness & Relaxation [spa and well-being retreat] - after 2 years of waiting!

It seems an eternity since we were last boxing on Sunrise Beach / cycling the mountains / fine-dining at the hotel and dipping our legs into the ice-bath…

But the time is almost upon us, thank goodness!

🧡🖤 TRIP WITH A DIFFERENCE
Having never been keen on taking mixed groups in the past - always conscious of those we leave at home - October 2021 sees us merge two unisex trips due to the pandemic affecting numbers.
