๐ 3 moves for the upper back, neck and shoulders.
June is here, and it's time to start unfurling our spines, using the sun's growing warmth, after a winter spent with shoulders and back hunched against the cold.
โจ June feels like a season of opportunity as the sun reaches its peak at the Solstice, so it's the perfect time to lift our chest and create space to help us greet the opportunities as they present themselves. (Something we can't do so easily if we're forever curling inward, closing ourselves to the world.)
So try these three little moves to help create space, relieve tension and greet the world more openly. And don't forget to breathe!
