Bust the taboo - don't be too embarrassed to save a woman's life.

Our recent research found that a third of Brits are afraid to give CPR to a woman because they are worried about touching breasts.

In a cardiac emergency, taking fast action is the right thing to do. Make sure you have the skills and the confidence to save a life: https://www.sja.org.uk/cprbra

Special thanks to Chelsea FC Women’s Captain, Millie Bright, broadcaster and DJ, Ashley James, social media star and disability campaigner, Lucy Edwards, and activist, Sharon Gaffka for supporting this campaign.

They look strong and confident, with a determined look. They are all wearing jeans and green sports bras that read "It's okay to save my life". The bras have a yellow hand illustration, representing how someone would perform CPR
