🥊 Happy Vale Kickboxing Anniversary! 🥳

Since September 2019, our kickboxing classes have been going strong every single week, and what an incredible journey it’s been! 💪🔥

From those first sessions to now, we’ve seen students grow in confidence, fitness, skill, and spirit. Every class is filled with energy and determination.

A huge shout out to all of our amazing students, past and present, who make our classes so special. You’re the reason we keep pushing, kicking, and striving for more each week. 👊✨
